WOW! Fantastic products and the customer service is above and beyond with this company. Despite it being some time since my purchase, when my running jacket started to show some minor signs of deterioration, I contacted the company and my concerns were dealt with quickly. My replacement jacket was received quickly and without any fuss. Very friendly service and excellent products; I rave about them to anyone who will listen!

I am very happy with this backpack. The reflectivity is absolutely radiant, dazzling, brilliant, all that good stuff. I have to bike an hour to work everyday at 4:30 am so it helps a lot knowing passerbys can see me.

The phone pocket on the strap is mint because my earbuds died and with this I was still able to hear my music while biking home.

It has a cushioned backing that is vented, multiple buckles to strap a shaker bottle too (or whatever), as well as being hydration bladder compatible, it comes with a little rain cover which also helps pad up the bottom if you're carrying something a touch more breakable (like glassware).

I feel like a sales rep here but I've ordered garbage before and it's just nice to get something quality, with intelligent design and unique features.

My literal only wish was that the green was a few tinges darker but these are quality enough I'll probably scoop a different color that pairs with what I'm wearing a bit better.

The bag is great, the only issue is that the rain cover does not fit very well.
It does not grip the top of the bag and exposes the top.
I would have expected it to fit firmly behind the straps as they join the top of the bag

Great backback. Lots of features. Looks good so I use it off and on the bike. Comfortable. No issues with delivery

Good product, fair price. But the returns prices is phenomenally slow. Refund not yet received after almost a month for partial return
